Refunds and Return Policy:

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction, if you have an issue with an item or your order please let us know by contacting our customer service department at 909-505-7115 or by emailing Andrew@FullMetalFabworks.com.

If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Full Metal Fabworks LLC within 30 days of the shipment date, subject to conditions below. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 5 business days of receipt of merchandise

Refunds & Credits

Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the product we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account.

Conditions

Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, Full Metal Fabworks LLC reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee not less than 20%.

  • All returned items must be in resale or new condition, in their original unaltered box and must include all packing material, hardware, manuals,and accessories. Items scratched or damaged in return shipping due to inadequate packaging will be subject to a restocking charge.
  • Full Metal Fabworks LLC is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
  • All returns must be made within 30 days of shipment date.
  •  Make sure to wrap the items carefully, place them in a sturdy box and secure with tape. Do not leave items loose in the box as they will most likely be damaged in shipping. 
  •  You are responsible for return shipping charges and insurance and we do not accept COD returns. Please send any returns to the following addresses:

Items Damaged In Shipping

Items damaged in shipping are the responsibility of the shipping company. However, in an effort to better serve our valued customers, Full Metal Fabworks LLC insures every package that is shipped, so that we may work with you to file and resolve any claims against the shipper for items damaged in transit.

 

Full Metal Fabworks LLC Limited Warranty

Full Metal Fabworks LLC warranties all of the products that we manufacture and distribute (1) year from the date of sale. These products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal installation, and use. Due to the intended use, and reliance on outside vendors for surface finishing,  the powder coat finish is warranted for ninety (90) days. The finish warranty will not cover a product if it has been damaged in any way. Warranty is limited to repair or replacement.  Full Metal Fabworks LLC does not offer any type of labor or shipping allowance and all warranty claims are subject to inspection by Full Metal Fabworks LLC.

At the discretion of Full Metal Fabworks, the products in question can be repaired or replaced when found defective. Prior to any replacement or repair, written authorization must be obtained from Full Metal Fabworks LLC. Failure to contact us prior to having warranty work preformed will immediately void all applicable warranties; and it is then the sole responsibility of the customer to remit any payment incurred.

The warranty expressed above is the sole warranty of Full Metal Fabworks LLC,and any other expressed or implied warranties are hereby specifically excluded and disclaimed.
