Features:

• The Breakover frame chop front bumper is 100% MADE IN AMERICA. It was engineered using Solidworks CAD software™, laser cut from a combination of 1/8th and 3/16th HRPO plate steel to keep unnecessary weight down and the strength high.

  Bumper weight:

• 43 lbs without stinger

• 49.5 lbs with optional 1.75x0.120 Wall DOM stinger and gussets

Clearance and Strength:

• The Breakover features a multifaceted, ramped design, that increases ground clearance, approach angle, and tire clearance. It also has a built in countersunk winch mounting plate designed to accept most winches with the standard 10'x4.5' mounting pattern, including the popular Warn Zeon series winches. Countersinking the winch into the bumper helps to promote airflow to the grille and radiator to aid in cooling for the Jeeps vital drivetrain components.

Standard Recover Shackle Mounts:

• Recovery shackle mounts are a beefy 1" thick and angled upward to act as a slide when approaching an obstacle. Recovery shackle mounts pass through the face of the bumper and tie into the winch mounting plate, which ties directly into the frame mounting structure. *in order to achieve maximum clearance, recovery mounts are designed to be used with soft shackles only*

Double Shear Mounting:​

• Mounting Plates sandwich the frame rails with (4) 3/8" Grade 8 fasteners that run through included crush sleeves. The bumper also has (2) 1/2" Grade 8 bolts that run vertically through the entire bumper,frame, and included crush sleeves for the ultimate mounting solution

Optional Stinger and gussets:

• The stinger is CNC laser notched with laser cut plate gussets. Constructed of 1.75x0.120 seamless DOM tubing. It is designed as a first line of defense when approaching tail obstacles, and helps to protect the winch, grille, and radiator area when off-road.
